The Center for School Transformation was formed in 2009 by Bob & Megan Tschannen-Moran of LifeTrek Coaching International. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of LifeTrek, Inc., founded in 1998 to provide coaching and consulting services to organizations and individuals. Bob is
the CEO & Co-Founder of the Center for School Transformation, President of
LifeTrek
Coaching International, and 2010 President of the
International Association of Coaching. He has been passionately
involved with performance improvement and coach training for more
than 11 years. In addition to his work with the Center for School
Transfomation, Bob is an active member of the faculty of Wellcoaches
Corporation, a coaching-training program for health, fitness, and
wellness professionals. Bob earned a Bachelor's degree from
Northwestern University, a Master's degree from Yale
Divinity School, and is a graduate of Coach U as well as many
other training programs including Appreciative Inquiry & Nonviolent
Communication.

Megan is a professor of Educational Leadership at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, USA and Co-Founder of the Center for School Transformation. Her research interests focus on the social psychology of schools, examining the quality of interpersonal relationships and how these impact the outcomes a school can achieve. Her first book, Trust Matters: Leadership for Successful Schools (2004, Jossey-Bass), reports the experience of three principals and the consequences of their successes and failures to build trust. She earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership at The Ohio State University and her Bachelor’s degree at Northwestern University. Curriculum Vitae
