Story Listening, Expressing Empathy, Appreciative Inquiry, and Design
Thinking. The process moves schools
beyond old ways of thinking, doing, and being. It inspires and
invigorates the passion for making schools better, one conversation
at a time. It unleashes openness to change and fosters goodwill by
inviting educators and other stakeholders into the innovation process as valued
collaborators, who need not fear the consequences of sharing
their experiences, expressing their feelings and needs, exploring strengths, imagining new possibilities, and experimenting with how
best to meet the educational needs of students.
Through professional
training and development in the Evocative Coaching process, leadership coaching,
and whole-system transformation initiatives, the Center for School Transformation
lives up to its name.
We invite you to bring us in as a partner on the journey. Our signature training programs in Evocative Coaching introduce educators to our person-centered, no-fault, strengths-based approach to performance improvement. Graduates can become "Certified Professional Learning Coaches." Our other program offerings apply this model with leaders, buildings, and systems.
